Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Our commitment

Vino Van Ltd is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we've done

  • "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Single <main> landmark on every page.
  • Keyboard operability across navigation, panels and forms (Enter / Space activate, Esc dismisses).
  • Visible focus ring on all interactive elements.
  • Respects prefers-reduced-motion — animations are minimised for users who request it.
  • Form labels, ARIA error messages, and meaningful image alt text throughout.
  • Optimised images and preloaded fonts to keep the site responsive.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (such as our booking form and social feeds) may not meet the same accessibility standards as the rest of the site. We are working with suppliers to improve these. If a particular embed causes a problem, please email us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.

Reporting a problem

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us — we want to fix it. Email book@vinovan.club with the page URL and a short description, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Enforcement

As a private business, Vino Van Ltd is not subject to the public-sector accessibility regulations enforced by the EHRC. However, we take accessibility seriously. If you are unhappy with our response to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for further advice.
