1. Who we are

This site is operated by Vino Van Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, trading as Vino Van and Vino Van Club. Contact: book@vinovan.club.

2. About these terms

By using this website, joining the waitlist or newsletter, requesting a quote, or making a booking with us, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book with us.

3. Age & alcohol

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. On-site service of alcohol is subject to UK licensing law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot produce valid ID, appears intoxicated, or is underage.

4. Use of the site

You may use vinovan.club for personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not scrape, copy, or reuse our content, brand, or photography without written permission, and you may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may update or take the site offline at any time.

5. Newsletter & waitlist

Signing up to Dispatch or the Vino Van Club waitlist is opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to book@vinovan.club. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. Bookings — Airstream hire & wine orders

• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless we say otherwise in writing.
• 100% payment in advance (proforma) is required to confirm any Airstream booking and any pre-event or pre-delivery wine order.
• The booking is confirmed only once cleared funds have been received.
• Any additional on-the-day services, overtime, or extras will be invoiced after the event and are payable within 14 days.

7. Changes & cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before the event date and receive a full refund, or transfer the fee to a new date within the following 12 months.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Wine that has already been dispatched cannot be refunded once it has left our supplier.
• If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, you'll receive a full refund of amounts paid.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control — including severe weather that makes the site unsafe, transport failure, illness of key personnel, or government restrictions. Where this happens, we'll work with you to reschedule to an alternative date within the following 12 months.

9. On-site requirements

The Airstream is a large towed vehicle. You are responsible for confirming that the venue offers safe, legal, and level access; that the pitch will accommodate our published dimensions; and for arranging any venue permissions, road closures, or event permits that the venue or local authority requires. If we arrive and the site is inaccessible or unsafe, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you under section 7.

10. Liability

We hold public liability insurance and take all reasonable care in delivering our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a booking is capped at the total fees you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

The Vino Van and Vino Van Club names, logos, photography, film, and written content on this site are owned by Vino Van Ltd. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
